ISG Capital Investments was founded in 2018 by two sets of brothers with a shared vision—to invest in real estate with purpose. What began as a need for commercial properties to support our own businesses in Peterborough, ON, soon evolved into a broader mission. We recognized a growing demand for multi-unit housing in our hometown, and from there, our journey into property acquisitions began.

As our expertise grew, so did our reach. Expanding beyond Ontario, we strategically acquired properties across Saskatchewan and Alberta, focusing on opportunities that align with our hands-on approach. We take pride in personally managing our portfolio, ensuring each investment is well-maintained and contributes to strong, sustainable communities.
